The building was initially designed for permanent residences and therefore both the one bedroom studio- apartments (35 sq.m.) and the two bedroom apartments (45sq.m.) are spacious and fully equipped; ideal for those who desire self catering accommodation in Rhodes or just a sense of …home, with all the comforts and facilities that apartments in Rhodes city hotel can provide!!!

Modern bathrooms in contrast with the original 80’s kitchen tiles, handmade wooden furniture with modern fabrics and anatomic, ecological mattresses, flat screen TVs hanging opposite hand-painted artworks, numerous antiques of the family scattered around in common areas, are only some of the features that create a postmodern retro and yet heart-warming atmosphere.
This is the result of four major renovations, respectful to the history of the hotel, but also to the heritage of the city.

One Bedroom Apartment
Our ONE BEDROOM STUDIO – APARTMENT can accommodate up to 3 people ( two single beds and one sofa bed) and it is ideal for small groups of friends or families with young children. The fully equipped kitchenette is separated from the main area of the studio by a sliding door and all studios have furnished balconies facing the city
Two Bedroom Apartment
Our TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT- the “double bed” ( two singles made up as double bed) of the main bedroom and the two sofa beds of the sitting room can accommodate up to 4 people, offering both privacy and a“ sense of home” . The fully equipped kitchen is separate, while all two bedroom apartments have private balconies facing the swimming pool.
Ground Floor one Bedroom Apartment
Our GROUND FLOOR ONE BEDROOM STUDIO – APARTMENT, with direct access to the pool, can accommodate up to 3 people; the kitchenette -with the sofa bed is separated from the main bedroom area and it consists an ideal option for small groups or families with older children.
Ground Floor Two Bedroom Apartment
Our GROUND FLOOR TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENT, offers all the comforts and amenities of the two bedroom apartments, with direct access to the pool on top of that. Its backyard, cool and shady at most hours of the day, is ideal for a meal or a drink in the fresh air, within the tranquility of the “neighborhood”.
